| assalaamu alaikum Does anyone have a good recipe for salmon steak? I'm going to make some over the weekend insha'allah, and unless someone can give me a good one, i'll just take something off the internet. You can grill it or bake it right? PS Does anyone still have that chicken & corn soup recipe? I made that last time and that was delicious. It was pure torture watching my dad finishing it all off - especially when i wanted the last bit. *smile* Kashif Wa Salaam |

| [slm] Grill the salmon. Salmon tastes incredible grilled. You definitely do not want to bake it. Just add a little salt and pepper and grill. Your quite the chef, aren't you Kashif? :) |

| [slm] ok here goes: 2chicken breasts 1 can sweetcorn 2 VEGETABLE STOCK CUBES 1 egg 1 cup cornflour blended with water FOR SEASONING: salt to taste 1/3 tsp coarsley crushed black pepper 2TBsp soya sauce 1TBsp vinegar Add about 6 cups of water with the chicken in a pot , add stock cubes. Boil untill cooked , take chicken out and shred , add the chicken with the sweetcorn and bring to boil. Beat the egg well and add into the boiling broth and stirwell . Bring to boil once more and add in the cornflour mixture untill the soup gets the required thickness. Add seasoning . SERVE. ENJOY. BUSHRA [] |
