| Assalamu-alaikum, I just received an email that several pro-Israeli media watch groups have got on the case of two Washington Post journalists: [url]http://honestreporting.com/critiques/2002/20_washpost.asp[/url]. Lee Hockstader and Daniel Williams have written some extremely good articles on Palestine(ex-[url]http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A17004-2002Mar12.html[/url] and they are probably being bombarded right now with very negative pro-Israeli responses. It is very important that we support the journalists who have not lost their honor and integrity. Please contact the Washington Post either by writing to them or emailing them and commend them for their Middle East coverage by these two reporters. Whenever you see something in the media(print or internet) that you feel is false, immediately write/email that news agency and tell them why it's biased or incorrect. It is equally important to commend them if it's something good that you like. Major headlines have been changed and statements adjusted because of just one letter/email. |
