Fav shampoo - Pantene Pro-V....some say that it doesn't work for them, but it works wonders for my hair  ;)
Alhamdulillah I can use any shampoo and it doesn't damage my hair, but I prefer Pantene  :)

Fav perfume - My cousin sent me perfume from Turkey and it smells sooo nice...hehe...it's called Sahara by Catherine Arley...i don't know if you guys have heard of it.

Hair cream - don't use any

Other products - my friend gave me a set of Sweet Pea bath care products, shower gel, body lotion, body splash and really cute soaps....it smells awesome and the products are nice too, Alhamdulillah.

Ok I'm one of those people that love to try out other people's products at their house or at the hotel.. It's a lot of fun and you can learn about good stuff;)  so lucky for you all you don't have to come over i'll just tell u:

fav shampoo: i think pantene does work the best, but after awhile your hair just gets listless.. and they recommend you change your shampoo often anyway..so i also use st ives chamomile and sunflower shampoo and conditioner.. great stuff

fav perfume: i used to like paloma picasso...now i am just into the victoria's secret different perfumes/body sprays

hair cream: dont really use that? i think nouha has the scoop...

i'd recommend neutrogena stuff.. it usually works pretty good, also recommend bath and body works stuff and that loofah.. wow i felt really human after finally getting one when i was overseas... what a great invention!!

ok salams sistahs

All of the products that Jannah mentioned are available in Canada. Almost any drugstore will have the shampoo and the Neutrogena soaps.  I think that Shopper's Drug Mart carries the Body Works stuff, but I'll have to check up on that.  Most major department stores carry the perfume.

As for me, I don't use many beauty products, but....

1)  I like the shampoos and conditioner from the Body Shop -- the conditioners don't have wax in them.
2) As for perfume, Lancôme's Oui is nice.  My sister likes Mackie.

Hope it is ok to mention specific stores or companies, I don't work nor am I associated with them.

I was curious if folks outside the US have mall stores called
Bath and Body?

They have like dozens of different bubble baths, creame's. after bath sprays, perfumes, soaps, etc.
Is anyone familar with them?

1. favorite shampoo which works best ..    :)Paul Mitchell hair products
2. favorite perfume ..  :)  Halston's ...called >>UnBound (at Penny's stores)
3. hair cream
4. other favorite womens body and care stuff ...   :)stuff from Bath and body stores, plumeria, lavender

I'm learning to make homemade soap, once I get the hang of it I'll send any sister who wants some.
Is there any ingrediant I need to be careful about? I mean like so as not to use something that is forbidden?
1. favorite shampoo which works best
No favourite shampoo... but I'm using Dove Shampoo and Conditioner, for now... I'm still looking for one that works best, inshaAllah.
2. favorite perfume
No favourite women's perfume.  But I have a favourite men's one. => ALLURE by Chanel

No, I don't wear it. I just LOVE it! MmmmmmMMMMmm. I've got 3 bottles of samples. One is empty and other half empty. I used to spray it everywhere, last 2 years, while I was living in the Northern Hemisphere....purse, bags, books... But now, I only use it as an Air Freshener in one of those rare and crazy moods.
3. hair cream
No favourite hair cream... I use hair oil.. made from some traditional Malay/Indonesian herb.
4. other favorite womens body and care stuff
I love Dove Shower Cream.... mmmMMMmmm. And Body Shop's lip balm.

take care!

Stay away from alcohol based products as well as animal based products.

That should make everyone happy!

the body shop here is sssoooooo expensive! $50 for a hair brush???
and like $100 for a perfume that stinks??? thats not a very well paying shop...(remember this is my opinion of that shop)
and which stores because i live in a smaller town than edmonton and calgary.

1. favorite shampoo which works best - i dunno why pantene pro-v did not work well on my hair :( i used 2 types of shampoos...Kadus shampoo and conditioner...and sometimes i use traditional mixed shampoo from hibiscus extract. I apply coconut oil on my hair and keep it 2 hours before shampooing (normally in the evening or weekend)

2. favorite perfume - i dont really have a favorite..as long as they smell sweet , I should like them :) at the moment I use Dazzling Gold  (Estee Lauder) and Aroma Fit (Lancome)

3. hair cream - after shampooing, I apply hair tonic ...I have problem with falling hair :( then some olive oil cause hair gets sticky from the tonic.

4. other favorite womens body and care stuff - I use a few stuff from Estee Lauder like Cleansing Powder, Sunblock and Moisturiser cause they work well on my skin. They maybe a little expensive but can last for few months ..so its worth it:)

1. everyone seems to be a pantene girl. Is itr eally that good? I used it for a short spell and it left my hair smooth and silky but half of it was on the floor, it all fell out!

I was a bit shocked when I read Barrs answer because I too have started using DOVE shampoo. (I have seen the singapore ad's :)) Dove is so creamy and yummy and my hair is still on my head!

2. perfume, anything musk :)

3. use none. my hair gets damaged.

4.has to be as barr said the dove body cream and my body shop lip gloss, leaves my lips very kissable and shiny. Also my spot cream and my vent brush i found especially for wavy hair. The special brush now makes it easy to comb my hair  :-X
