| "EARLY BIRD" CONFERENCE REGISTRATION EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 25 The deadline for early registration savings for CAIR's intensive Training Conference on Saturday, March 30, and Sunday, March 31, in Vienna, Va., has been extended until March 25. Anyone who registers by that date will save $30 on the $129 registration fee. That fee includes all the conference workshops, a noon luncheon and an evening banquet. (NOTE: Seating is limited.) To register, go to: http://www.cair-net.org/asp/leadershipconference.asp At the conference, headlined "Muslims in America: Moving Forward with Faith," top trainers in their fields will offer workshops and lectures on media relations, civil rights advocacy, coalition building, and political empowerment. Workshop presenters include Muslim congressional staffers, professional leadership trainers, representatives of national grassroots civil liberties advocacy organizations, media representatives, and CAIR staffers. CONFERENCE VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED There will be a meeting on Saturday, March 23 for anyone interested in volunteering for the conference. The meeting will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at CAIR's office in Washington, D.C. (453 New Jersey Ave. S.E.) To volunteer at the conference, you must attend the meeting.
