There are so many afgani muslim children that are inesent and dont have homes. :o >:(  Or dont have food. >:(  I know that the americans are helping, but still the muslims in afganistan are not being helped by muslims.  They might be thinking that we dont care.  you can see that only the americans and some other people are helping but muslims are sopose to help.  what are brothers and sisters for.  After the attack and afganistan was ruined the muslims in america should of raised money for them.  but we didnt.   ???
this is something that we should think of.

Besides Islamic Relief other Muslim relief organizations have been shut down and have had their assets frozen.
We just received a newsletter from Islamic Relief.  In it they talked about the Ramadan campaign: "Our most successful campaign was for the suffering people in Afghanistan.  Al hamdu lillah, Islamic Relief has been able to help alleviate the pain and suffering of the Afghan people through both emergency relief programs, as well as through long- term development projects."

Muslims are giving.  It is just not as obvious or as publicized.  Is it enough?  That is a question that each brother and sister must ask him/herself.  Charity is actually something that is between the giver and Allah(swt).
