| [slm] thanx zomorrud and bismilla....but some more doubts..... *what is taslim? *and should u fold ur hands again for qunut or keep it in front of u sort of like when u say du'a ?? JazakhAllah Khairun! [wlm] |

[/quote] Taslim (pronounced [i]tasleem[/i]) is the act of truning your head right, then left at the end of the prayer while saying 'assalamu alaikum wa rahmatu Allah' each time. [/quote] i usually hold up my palms during dua' al-qunut. i've prayed behind imams who do the same. i think this is the manner of the prophet [saw] when he made dua, i.e. to hold up his hands in front of him. take care wassalam |
