assalaamu alaikum Can anyone suggest something that i might be able to marinate like a salmon steak (except mint)? Or what about a cream or a sauce to go with it perhaps. Kashif Wa Salaam

[slm] a cream based sauce goes very well with fish. You could probably find a recipe for it on the net, since I don't know any offhand. I'd try looking for a white wine sauce and then either leaving out the white wine or substituting a little vinegar instead...?? Hope this helps.. wasalaam eleanor
