| [slm] MAY 1st: - there will be a "TEACH IN AT PALESTINE" at 7:30 at SUNY ALBANY in BA 130 MAY 4th: -AN NUR school is having a Yard Sale from 9 to 4pm " A variety of items will be sold including household, decorative, clothing and furnishing, (from 4-5pm, $1 bag sale of remaning items)" they are also looking for donations, inshallah get it to them by this wednsday, all proceeds will go to help An Nur school - the May potluck dinner is also coming this saturday, the parents were pleased wth the roses from before so naturaly they are expecting somehting else, suggestins were auctioning the childrens drawing, school projects etc and the money will go to the new masjid.. MAY 5th: - the MSA of SUNY ALBANY will be having their annual picnic at "Six Miles Park" at Fuller Road at 1pm, inshallah ive heard there is supposed to be a boat ride, etc, decisions on meeting at Suny first will be figured out later inshallah MAY 11th: - An NUR is having a barbeque at 11:00: " Join us for an afternoon of good food and fun and Gardening!, Come and help plant seeds and flowers to make our school more beautiful" (nouha's own comment: awwwwwwwwwwww) bring your gardening tools wasalam, nouha:) |
