| Primary Impact: The Arab League boycott of Israel is the principal foreign economic boycott that U.S. companies must be concerned with today. what IS this??! this is just plain bizarre... it's so bizarre i'd almost think that was a fake website if i hadn't also found this other bizarre and disturbing thing a while ago in the US government: United States-Israel Binational Science Foundation http://www.bsf.org.il/ finding this thing really pissed me off. and it's scary - what are we even working on for them? those vile robots, maybe? how many labs not in israel but in the us are drenched in palestinian blood? the answer is not ALL of them, but all graduate students know what grants they're being funded by, and, just like everything else, unless we speak up one by one, every day, in every situation, this stuff will just keep being snuck past us. mwishka |

| Mujaahid, unless you are a U.S. taxpayer, this law has no jurisdiction over you, hence you can't be breaking it. ;D I know, you are bummed. On a side note, there is nothing in the way U.S. law works that requires that legislators write only laws which are constitutional. It is up to the judicial branch of the government to shoot down those laws which are deemed unconstitutional. And, many of those laws never get challenged in court simply because they are never enforced. A law which isn't enforced or isn't enforcable, is a law in name only. |

I've only studied American Tort law but i think this law will be deemed to be unconstitutional. |
