| My Moms Potato Salad by Jenna ~~~~~~~~~~~ Wash about 6-8 potatoes Boil them until soft peel them when they get cool place them in a big bowl depending on how creamy you like it, add as much mayonnaise (preferably Miracle Whip, I use it) as you like 1 tsp. Mustard (for color) 1/2 small jar of Sweet Pickle relish Put it all together in the bowl and mix and semi mash the potatoes, place in fridge and voila! Enjoy! Jenna anybody else w/any ideas?? |

| For those of us who like to go low-carb, you can do the same with cauliflower. Just steam it till barely tender, let chill then break apart and mix with real mayo( the others have sugar) and [u]dill[/u] relish, chopped hard boiled eggs and seasoned to taste. Even my teen son likes this :) :-) Laila |
