Assalam Alaikum dear brothers and sisters in Islam,
my name is Faith/Iman. I need help very bad. Im 40, single and i have three adoptive kids
whom i have raised since they were young. I became a Moslem in July 1994 and these kids
are my sister Hope kids, who has ten kids already. Harry is 3 yrs old, Hani is 15 and
Aisha is 17. Harry has broncho-pneumonia and Hani is suffering from bronchiectasis. Aisha
alhamdulliAllah is fine although she's going out trying to look for a decent job at such a
tender age. I need help all kinds financial so i could buy the medicines my children need
and let them see a proper doctor so they could get proper medical attention. I have
prayed hard to Allah to help me find a way to find a solution to my problems and so far it
seems that i am at a lost and i just cry. I am employed but my salary is not even enough to
get another loan which i already have three existing loans and im trying my best to find
ways still. Help me out there dear brothers and sisters. Anyone of you who has something
extra. I know these kids deserve to have a cleaner better healthier future and I pray to
GOD to put a light into your hearts, to find another good soul out there who could afford
to help to please write to me in my email iman20012002@yahoo.com Allahu Akbar!
Faith/Iman.

I did a quick look up on bronchiectasis and found the following:
Treatment

The treatment of bronchiectasis is designed to prevent the complications of pneumonia and blood spitting and to allow patients with this condition to live as normal a life as possible. The most important aspect of the treatment is done at home by the patient often with the help of family members. Because the usual mechanism for cleaning the lung is not effective a helping hand is necessary. As a result patients with bronchiectasis must learn to position themselves so that the damaged areas of the lungs can drain by gravity. This is usually done by hanging one’s head over the side of the bed with the affected part of the Iung upper most. This is usually necessary one to three times a day and can be taught to the patient by a physician or physiotherapist. Clapping the chest to help the mucus run out is also very helpful. This can be done by a family member by hand or using a mechanical percussor. If the patient practices this "postural drain- age" on a regular basis the complications are often avoided and the patient can carry on a relatively normal life.

Bronchial-pneumonia of course needs anti-biotics and that should be done immediately.

No further comments except that there is assistance available in most Western countries for those in finanacial distress to aid in medical care.  Since these are your sister's childrens and she has 10, most likely she qualifies for welfare or assistance and should apply for her children. If you are their legal guardian, you can apply for assistance then.

The problem here is there is no way for us to verify the story.  I would think a local mosque or a Muslim family that knows you would be the most appropriate persons to approach.  If you state your location it would help everyone that would like to help at least try to see what kind of assistance is available in your area and a chance that someone is nearby to verify the story.
May Allah grant you and your family the best in this world and the next.
