alsalamu alaykum wa rhmat Allah ta'ala wa barakatuhu i got this in an e-mail from CAIR-CAN ..i'm not sure if it will be shown in the states VISION TV: FIVE-PART DOCUMENTARY ON PROPHET MUHAMMAD (pbuh) Beginning on Thursday, May 23 at 9:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), Vision TV will broadcast the first episode of  “ Mohammed” (Documentary Series). This timely, five-part series offers a historical look at the origins of Islamic faith, examining the life and teachings of the prophet Mohammed and the place of Islam in Arabic culture. This episode describes the prophet's early years and the complex political, social and economic environment of the Middle East during the latter part of the 6th century.
