A new series called HardTalk: Pakistan is starting today (24th May) Insha-Allah on BBC World, hosted by, your fav and mine, Riz Khan.  The first guest is to be Pres. Musharraf and is to be aired at 9:30 pm Islamabad time Insha-Allah

q  why did you overthrow the democratic government of pakistan ?

musharaf "i ran away from kargil" :  because the army jawans thought i wasn't an amerikan puppet..they should have known nobody even becomes a colonol in pakistan unless the cia assures itself that he will have a nervous breakdown as soon as war starts and he's a puppet

q why have you turned gwadar into an amrikan territory

q why have you allowed amrikan "soldiers" to murder rape and butcher ANYBODY in pakistan and not be subject to pakistani law

q who will pay you back for your dulm against the muslims

I am no big fan of Musharaf but he "did not ran away from Kargil". It was on orders of
Nawaz Shareef.

Most of the people living in Pakistan and who have lived there under Nawaz Shareef and
Benazir Bhutto's rule consider  Musharaf much better choice - no body is perfect (as the
hadeeth goes that the leader of the ummah represents the people  )
