| [slm] After reading Mwishka's comment in another thread about Se7en's name, I just recalled that my initial way of saying and thinking her name was totally wrong, hehe I used to say and write Se7en, thinking that the 7 stood for the Arabic letter "Haa", as in al7amdulillah or A7mad...so instead of SeVen, I'd constantly think SeHen...hehe...till I heard one of the Jannah Radio broadcasts, and everyone called her sister 7...talk about light bulbs, lol :-[ Anyways, thats all cleared up now ;) Anyone else had probs or confusion arising from the names on this board??? Or am I the only one :-* just thought I'd share, lol Wasalam Shahida |

| don't worry, you're not the only one. some people on this board thought Sr. Amal (from the old board, now known with a different name) was "Emma" when she came on the radio :-/ |

| hey peaceseeker, isn't it a little, um, risky for you to be here from the jannah.com board?? what if they think you're becoming disloyal?! ;) the radio station is the school station at rensselaer polytechnic institute, WRPI. (that's where i each day fall deep into the blackhole of the chemistry department...) the program they're talking about in almost secret language is "window on islam", which you can listen to on-line at windowonislam.com or by going to wrpi on-line. it's on (these days) on friday afternoon from 5-6pm. and i'll let someone else tell you more about it than that. um, abu hamza, and "some" = HOW many?? :D mwishka |

| mwishka those same "some people" recently took confusionism to another level when they mistook me for the sister of another madinan from a *totally* different ethnicity ::) read the posts people!!! :) |

| as salaamu alaykum, :o seHen in Arabic means plate or platter.. I'm a number not a side dish!! :P :) btw - if you see someone named 'se7en' on another message board, they are *not* me!! I tried to register with 'se7en' on the belief-net forum but someone had already taken the name.. so I did a search, and found out that the person using it was some Muslim dude posting marriage ads!! "I am looking for sweet pretty arab girl.." Man, if you're going to steal my name at least do something good with it ::) |
