| there are lawyers here, right? i remember someone was -- bro haaris, maybe? i wonder if anyone could send me a pdf of an "official" will? i think i better leave an updated one here with someone when i go to palestine.. my old one is,um, old, and on notebook paper. :D it's still good, i wrote it right....but i don't want anybody messing around messing things up if something really happens to me. i don't have any bad feelings, i feel no apprehension at going, but i want to be responsible about details.... mwishka |

| [slm] akhi we charge for doing a will ! ;D ;D ;D you can buy a format will for about a £5 see the book 'How to do your own will' would still advise you get a solicitor to do it , are you in the north of england? have you considered an islamic will? |

| muqaddar, YOU'RE a lawyer?? :o um, didn't know that... um, no, i'm not paying anybody, i don't see why i should... no, i'm not in the north of england, i'm in the us of a. what's the difference? what's an islamic will? (but, i'm not muslim......yet.. ;) ) mwishka |

| [slm] there are islamic laws of inheritance you have to take account of... I havn't started practising Wills and Probate , Haaris the lucky get is doing Intellectual Property which i hope to be able to do if i can complete one more dissertation and get my Masters |
