[code] Assalaam Alaikum, Dear brother Mujaahid, Unfortunately events during these last few months have left no doubt that your ideas of Dawah are diametrically opposed to ours on the Madina Message board. Because of this, you have repeatedly broken the rules, definitely more times than the usual 3 we have allowed people. But after much thought and input from all the moderators and admin and citizens, we find that this board probably isn't the one for you. I am sure that some of your points are quite valid and perhaps you can post more on other Boards that are more open to controversial points of view like Soundvision or Islamica. But we are now disabling your account and hope that you can keep us in your duas. -Madinat al Muslimeen [/code] As per the constitution (which all members have agreed to), Madina members are given at least 3 chances after [i]deliberately [/i]breaking the rules, because people often make mistakes or may say things in haste. However if this continues on a regular basis upsetting and offending many people, it is really to all of our detriment. This decision was probably one we should have made months ago when the first requests came, but put it down to hopes of change. As administrators and moderators we have the responsibility to protect and serve all of you. If you do not feel that this decision is fair that is your right, but it is also our right to uphold what we think is right and better for all of us. Please review the constitution again. If you feel you cannot follow these rules or don't agree with them, or think these rules are wrong or that we shouldn't have these rules, then that's fine. Alhamdulillah let us know and you can move on to a place that is more in tune with your viewpoints. If we cannot have differing opinons and still not stay united then what kind of ummah do we have. May Allah guide and protect us all, and keep the relations between us sound and peaceful and strong. Again, this decision is final. Any issues with banning a member should be discussed offline after the decision has been made. It is not right for us to backbite about a person publically and air a person's wrongs.
