| [slm] Guess what my dear brothers and sisters in Islam???? I'm getting married this Sunday!!!! :) :) :) :) I have been overwhelmed by Allah's rahma, subhanAllah, and yes I would have told you sooner, but it seems it was in Allah's plan to bring things together so quickly. Ya Allah, this has been a deeply spiritual experience for me...I've been making dua' for this my entire life. Do you know what it feels like to know that the Lord of All the Worlds has Heard your dua!!! My dear brothers and sisters, I want to laugh and cry at the same time, there is so much joy and happiness in my heart, I just keep praying that Allah make me a righteous husband. All of you on this board, you may not know it, mean so much to me, you are all special in your ways, and I will never forget how much you've each helped me along this journey back our Lord... Please I ask you all to forgive me...and if you can, make just 1 dua' for me...just 1 :) May Allah bless you all and grant you spouses and children that will be the coolness of your eyes. ameen. wassalamuaikum, your ignorant brother struggling on the path of Allah |

| as salaamu alaykum wa rahmatAllah, Sunday was *a w e s o m e*, alhamdulillah ;D After the nikaah ceremony in the masjid, Lightning surprised his new wife with a limo and reservations at a really nice restaurant :-X He's really, really, really happy alhamdulillah :) We went shopping yesterday (lots of weddings this summer :)) and I think he told every person in Macy's that he just got married ;) Please make duaa for the newlyweds!! :) (and for their families ;)) wasalaamu alaykum 8) |

| awww that's soooo cute! brothers take note! ;) :-[ i've just thought of an improvement to the madina. how about a video camera to follow the albany crew around? ;D just like one of those reality shows you know, what a wonderful extension to the window on islam show eh ? ;) seriously, i wish i could have been there to partake of the joyous event.. but the merry waves are reaching the madina shores so i can't complain :) May Allah bless the newly weds and their families and all the muslimeen.
