| slm sisters ive started exploring already... :P I was wondering (perhaps the wedding extrodenaires can answer this?)...how a woman adheres to proper hijab on her wedding day yet still look nice?! age old question, and wouldn't be a problem if segregation was adhered to, but we talkin bout typical desi weddings...so wots a gal to do? Do you wear hijab? A dupatta with something underneath? or or....any other options?? :-) :-* wasalams |

| I think its pretty simple, just remember to keep the sleeves long, and find a matching scarf, wear the scarf close around your neck, ie. tightly, but have it cover uptill the neckline, and then you can drape the dupatta over top. If some of those outfits look familiar to any of you gals out there (especially those of you that frequent pakistani fashion sites)- take a second look 'n look very very carefully ;) |
