[slm] :) I've been trying to find good source of fiqh for women (preferrably shafi), but the books that i have come across are either in arabic or malay. Does anyone here know of an english translation? Jazakamullah Khairan :-* :-* :-* [wlm] imaazh |

[slm] there is an excellent book called, "al-nawawi's manual of islam," translated by nuh ha mim keller. the imam in our community recommended it to our sisters' halaqua group as we were studying shafi'i fiqh. although it's not specifically for women, it's still an excellent reference. inshallah it will have what you are looking for :) |

[color=Teal] [slm] I'm not quite sure if this is what you are looking for, but there is a book by Abdur Rahman I. Doi, Women in Shariah, that might interest you insha'Allah. :-* [wlm] Marcie :-)[/color] |
