| [slm] beloved sisters and brothers... inshallaah share with me some thoughts on the topic of ar-rijaalu qawaamun nisaa (inshallah if someone could give a correctly definition...) we understand from this that man is the provider of woman..idealy...thu this not always true in all cases......do the sisters feel 100% comfortable with this...i mean alhamdulillaah i have nothing against this....'Allaah praise to you!! husband, be my geust' is my view....but i dont quite feel comfortable with the idea to having to ask for something from somebody that i have never asked anything of before and the thought of my partner having even the slightest thought of me being a burden to him.....our married brothers n sisters and others....what r ur thoughts on this...? brothers do you feel the things sisters (or ur wifes ) ask for are unreasonable or excessive? i'll leave it at the 4 now... :-) |
