| i'm putting this here in al-manar and not in kabob because this is where i'd be most likely to find them if i were looking. i just bought, from talkislam, a number of small inexpensive books - um $4 to $8 i think was the range. maybe this will help those like me who like to have books in their hand to learn from them, but can't buy very many of the more expensive ones. here's what i got...... two are books of prayers: [u]citadel of the believers[/u]: invocations from qur'an and sunnah (THANKS bro siddiqui, for the suggestion, and bro bhaloo for the link) [u]selected prayers[/u]: a collection of du'a from the qur'an and the sunnah two are about the qur'an: [u]words that moved the world[/u]: how to study the qur'an (qazi ashfaq ahmad) [u]the moral values of the qur'an[/u] (harun yahya) (sis eleanor, is this the book you meant?) and the other is not books, but two tapes: [u]a simple guide to prayer[/u] (read by yusuf islam) mwishka |
