| U.S. House approves $200 million for Israel's war against terror The U.S. House of Representatives has approved a $200 million aid package to Israel intended to help fight terror, and $50 million in humanitarian aid for the Palestinians, provided the money does not go directly to the Palestinian Authority, Israel Radio reported Wednesday. This is money was illegally apporpriated to Isarael in violation of the Us foreign assistance act and the nuclear non proliferation treaty of the prxmire amedment which make militarry aid to israel illegal because of their continued human rights violations and their refusal to allow inspectors into their facilities The measures, which passed on Tuesday, were part of a $28.9 billion bill providing emergency funding for the Pentagon, U.S. homeland security efforts and New York's recovery after the Sept. 11 attacks. The Senate is expected to approve the bill on Wednesday and send the package to President George W. Bush - who first requested it over four months ago - to be signed into law. The final bill would provide $14.5 billion for continuing U.S. operations in Afghanistan and other military needs, as well as $6.7 billion for efforts to bolster U.S. domestic defenses after Sept. 11.
