| Question about the Mark of the Beast. I know that in the bible it talks about the mark of the beast. I was wondering and would like to know if the Quran talks about the mark of the beast, and if so where could I find the scriptures in the Quran. Thanks for taking time to help me with my question. Here was the reference from Ibn Kathir's signs before the day of judgment. http://www.islamworld.net/hour/Ten.txt And the full book is here: http://www.islamworld.net/hour/index.htm There are other books out there that talk about this, I think one is called: Dajjal-the Anti-Christ (its a red book, with a picture of the pyramid and one eye that is found on the back of the one dollar bill). |

| ...it isn't the same as the beast to emerge spoken of in Islamic teachings of the end. The book of revelations isn't even considered an authentic source of revelation by Muslims and by some Christians. It really has no signifigance because it did not come from any one who received revelation from God. I read and saw on a documentary that the mark of the beast "666" is more so related to the Ceasar of Rome at the time that John was locked up. I hope this helps! ;-) |
