i tried this and its really nice, and everyone liked it or at least i think they did  :D

[u]timing[/u]
preparation: 30 mins
Cooking : 40 mins

For 4 - 6 servings
[u]Ingredients[/u]

* 75g (3oz) butter or margerine
* 175g (6oz) plain flour
* 100g (4oz) caster sugar
* 75g (3oz) plain choc drops
* 50g (2oz) walnuts, chopped
* 675g (1 and a half lb) bananas
* grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
* 50g (2oz) plain chocolate, grated

[u]preperation[/u]

1) preheat the oven 200c /400F/ gas mark 6
Rub fat into flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in 75g (3oz) sugar, chocolate drops and walnuts.

2) Peel bananas and slice, toss in lemon juice and rind.

3) Arrange half the bananas in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over remaining sugar and grated chocolate.
Top with remaining bananas.

4) Spoon crumble mix over bananas and press down gently.
Bake for 40 mins until golden brown.

you could serve hot or cold, serving hot with custard is yumm   :)
