| [slm] i was reading the Al-Quran (interpretation of the meanings in english) when i came across this ... just to share it with all you wonderful sisters & brothers :) There are 5 aspects of hypocrisy in deeds and actions, and their proof is from the statement of Allah's Messenger [saw] : The signs of a hypocrite are these: 1. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; 2. Whenever he promises, he always breaks it (his promise); 3. If you trust him, he proves to be dishonest (if you keep something as trust with him, he will not return it); 4. And in another narration of the Prophet [saw] : "Whenever he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent, evil, insulting manner."; and 5. Whenever he makes a covenant, he proves himself treacherous.
