| [color=red]Assalaam Alaikum, This is just a post to let everyone know that the admin and moderators of the board as a shurah have decided to limit all Madina Citizen's posts to 5 a day or 35 a week (not including administrative posts). This is due to a number of complaints about miscellaneous, extraneous posts that are not beneficial to all the members of the board. We would not have liked to institute this, but we feel there is a need. 35 posts a week is a *huge* amount so we don't think anyone will ever need to go past that Inshallah :) Many of us have ISP limits, time limits and so on and don't wish to be on the board 3+ hours a day. We don't think it benefits anyone. The intention of the message board is to allow many diverse voices, not just only the most vocal ones. If you do go over this amount we'll send a reminder InshaAllah. Just to note, Shurah decisions are decisions the admin and moderators come up with after much discussion and sometimes voting even. There is a whole board within this board that only the admin and mods have access to that is dedicated to discussion of these issues. We are constantly evaluating what is best for the board. It is never anything personal against any individual/individuals. These are collective finalized decisions based upon weighing the probable consequences on every Madina Citizen and the Madina Admin and Moderators.
