Msg from an 8th Grader

So many Muslims are enrolled in the non -Muslims schools due to the sad fact that there aren't many Muslim schools that go higher than a 7th/8th grade if any at all in the area. This as it may have with many other people took place with me after the Islamic schooling was over I went to a non Muslim school I am in one this year as an 8th grader as well, but subhunAllah as I look at the people in my school with wonder yet  curiosity on how Muslims (some)actually want to be just like them knowing myself and what Islam has taught me I'd never want to be near to like them.

All non-Muslims care about is dunya the life of this world. To me that's the only thing that seems to keep them going, which new thing are they going to wear, what boy/girl are they going to go out with tomorrow the lists go on and on just to be excepted by their friends. The boys all now where there pants sagging for what reason, I don't know and they jump from one girl to another who ever looks "cute”,the same for the girls, who all are wearing the tightest of pants it's ridiculous, which reminds me that one of the signs of the last day will be that women will be wearing clothes but not wearing clothes, subhunAllah.

When I think of the beauty of Islam compared to them my mind wonders so far reflecting upon what it is. The love and respect Muslims have
for one another the beauty of the Muslim women who wear jilbab and hijab not showing off their bodies but being humble toward Allah by guarding their chastity. The lowering of the gaze by all sisters and brothers
subhunAllah how much has Allah given us over the kufaar how much does it take for Muslims to realize that they are who people look upon as leaders, as some one with light, someone with guidance, someone who can help, because Allah gives true believers light Nur that only we Muslims have the brilliance of it is something that no one can take away from us if we have iman.

”Then which of the favors of your lord will you deny",surah5 ayat28.Why do we still though want to be just like the kufaar the people of fahshaa wa munkar, why? Do we just feel like we want to be with the crowd, if so we must realize that the Prophet said, "Allah will say (on the Day of Resurrection), 'O Adam.' Adam will reply, 'Labbaik wa Sa'daik', and all the good is in Your Hand.' Allah will say: 'Bring out the people of the fire.' Adam will say: 'O Allah! How many are the people of the Fire?' Allah will reply: 'From every one thousand, take out nine-hundred-and ninety-nine.' At that time children will become hoary headed, every pregnant female will have a miscarriage, and one will see mankind as drunken, yet they will not be drunken, but dreadful will be the Wrath of Allah." (Bukhari).

We Muslims of today have the job of holding tighter to the rope of Islam ,because know it's more easy to loosen the grip, or to let go,
due to the fact that Muslims now do not rule the land like during the
time of the caliphs, the moors, the Constantinople conquest, the Mali empire, the golden ages for the Muslims when they ruled lands, conquered after conquered to hold up the flag of Islam, to hold up the Islam for who? the next generation to come for them to take ,and for them to give. This is how it has been for ages this has been the Muslims tradition to pass the Islam down to the next and the next. So we should ask are self the question are we stopping, are we the ones who have stoppedafter this long line of Muslims before us to pass on Islam to the next?

Do we Muslims mind or care that we are not doing much of
anything else to make our ummah better. The growing of Masjids and
Muslim communities have frozen ,the adhan heard throughout the air has been for always, but know it has died out.We could say, that we have dropped the banner, the flag of the Muslims that not one Muslim before us would dare drop from their hands, because that would show the loss of the Muslims, but is it just lying there still waiting for the next person in line who will pick it up and raise it? Yes, we can't let it lie their forever ,we must pick it up.

SubhanAllah that was very powerful....InshaAllah I will also share this with my fellow Muslim friends.
However you must also remember that there are bro's and sis' around us who are working to better the Muslim community (but I am not saying that we're doing enough) and InshaAllah we will work more to put up the Muslim flag once again.
