| [slm] Yup, yup! An earthquake hit the UK!! :o SubhaaaaanAllaah. Apparently, the epicentre was B'ham/W'hampton/Dudley or something.. I live on the epicentre :P Twaz bout 5 to 1 in the morning, I was asleep ( :o ..that's amazing in itself!). I was woken up by the sound of my parents calling my brother's name! He sleeps in the attic ya see, and the ceilings looked as if they were gonna fall. Man, I thought someone had robbed our house or something! I woke *after* the quake!! ::) But man, this is yet another of Allaah's (swt) Signs. A sign of the coming Hour..when earthquakes are widespread..all over the planet. The UK isn't on any plate boundaries, which means it isn't one of the places prone to earthquakes. This is a big Sign..the time is near. What have we done to prepare for it...? |

[/quote] Errr, actually, akhi, based on the reports by BBC, the UK gets about 200-300 minor earthquakes per year. Many are too small to be noticed. Though UK is not on any major tectonic plates, but movements of these plates do give some effects to the country.
