| The Most Dangerous Nations Wednesday, October 02 2002 @ 01:23 PM GMT By Chris Meyer For Palestine Chronicle The US claims that Iraq attacks other countries, slaughters her own people, may proliferate weapons of mass destruction to 'terrorists', ignores UN resolutions and is a thuggish, undemocratic regime that intends to develop nuclear weapons. On this basis, the US has declared Iraq an eminent danger to the world and strongly recommends an immediate US orchestrated regime change. This is a gross distortion of the truth. The United States and her undeclared 51st state, Israel, are far more dangerous than Iraq. The world should be praying passionately for immediate citizen orchestrated regime changes in the US and Israel. Iraq is considered a threat to the world because it attacked Iran and Kuwait. The United States carpet-bombed, defoliated, burned and bludgeoned Viet Nam and large portions of Cambodia and Laos into oblivion. The US never cleaned up the unexploded ordinance and land mines that claim thousands of lives each year, but has occasionally demanded an apology. Likewise, Israel started a war in Lebanon that cost 20,000 lives. Ariel Sharon, then Israeli Defense Minister, lost his cabinet post for the slaughter of Palestinians in Lebanese refugee camps. The United States is currently carrying out a sloppy police action in Afghanistan in which entire villages are destroyed. The only serious criticism came when the US accidentally wiped out a detachment of Canadian peacekeepers. Finally, there are the murderous results of US intervention and arms sales in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Columbia, Haiti, Indonesia and Turkey and bombings in the Sudan, Libya and Iraq. Iraq is considered to be dangerous because it slaughtered its own people by gassing Kurds in an uprising after the Gulf War. The US ethnically cleansed the entire continental United States of countless indigenous civilizations. Israel is likewise ethnically cleansing the 'Land of Israel' of indigenous Palestinians. Sharon currently oppresses a 3.5 million Palestinians under the most brutal occupation since the Second World War. Israeli citizens have also died as a result of Israel's endless war of aggression against the Palestinian people. Iraq is considered dangerous because it 'might' pass weapons of mass destruction to terrorists. The US and Israel are the largest manufacturers, proliferators and profiteers of conventional and nuclear weapons in the world, and their own terrorist use of these weapons against civilian targets is second to none. The US is still the only country to have actually used nuclear weapons against civilians and is continually setting new records for civilian 'collateral' damage using conventional weapons in Afghanistan. Israel's terrorists use of F16s, helicopter gunships, tanks and other heavy weapons against Palestinian civilian population centers is a matter of broad public record. Hawks in both the US and Israel have openly been exploring the idea of 'defensive' nuclear first strike options against non-nuclear powers. Finally, American Gulf War Veterans Association claims, "there is irrefutable evidence to show that the United States government provided and encouraged Iraq's use of chemical weapons [i.e. weapons of mass destruction]. The United States Department of Commerce and The American Type Culture Collection provided at least 80 shipments of biological agents that were not attenuated (or weakened) and were capable of reproduction. These shipments included such virulent agents as Anthrax, West Nile Virus and Clostridium botulinum." Iraq is considered lawless and unpredictable for ignoring 16 UN resolutions. Israel has 65 violations between 1955 and 1992 alone. The US has supported Israel in these violations with at least 30 vetos in the UN Security Council and countless threats to veto. The United States is currently violating the UN Charter by bombing and invading Iraq (special forces troops on the ground in the north since March 30, 2002) without first obtaining UN resolutions. The United States and Israel are also avoiding, ignoring and reneging on universally accepted nuclear weapons and environmental treaties. To avoid prosecution and condemnation for their actions, the United States and Israel have placed themselves above the law by renouncing of the International Criminal Court. The US even passed a law authorizing the use of force to liberate Americans standing trial in the Hague, the so-called Netherlands Invasion Act. Iraq is considered a dictatorship without a free press. The US and Israeli governments have long sold out to a dictatorship of international corporations and special interests. The flocks of lobbyists that swarm US congressmen are an international scandal, and the executive branch is stuffed with ruthless former oil and defense industry executives. The media in these two countries is compromised by these same corporations through direct ownership, massive advertising contracts and 'charitable' donations. Israel's claim to being a 'democracy' is even more outrageous. Gentile Israelis do not have the right to own land in Israel because they are not Jewish. Palestinians under Israeli Jurisdiction in the occupied territories have no rights whatsoever, not even the right to complain when they are spontaneously gunned down or vaporized by 2000-pound 'smart' bombs. Indigenous Palestinian refugees of Israeli terror will never have 'the right of return' to Israel. Non-indigenous Jews have an immediate and unconditional 'right of return' with massive benefits. In short, Israel is best characterized as a racist genocidal police state that exists as a direct extension of the United States. Iraq may be dangerous and need supervision by the UN. So are countless other countries, all mostly present or former recipients of US 'aid'. When it comes to large-scale brutality, twisted propaganda, long-term aggression and genocide, watch out for the US and Israel. Concern over Iraq's potential nuclear program should be tempered by the simple fact that the world's most consistently murderous nations, the US and Israel, already have thousands of nuclear weapons and are making more. |

The most disgusting of all, though, are the weapons they have been currently using made of Depleted Uranium... Used in the Gulf War used in Bosnia Kosovo Afghanistan... So all those lands that have been attacked by Depleted Uranium weapons (and do not have the funds to clean the land) are radio-active for the next 4.5 billion years!! And this is accepted as ok by the countries that allow the use of this?? What a scam upon all the innocent peoples and their next thousands of generations!! These weapons destroy the health of the people that live on the lands that are attacked and does anyone care? There are so many studies out there linking Depleted Uranium to all kinds of health problems... and the US gov., the UK gov, Israel, and NATO ignore the studies!!! What about the health of the children?? The pregnant women?? The animals?? What about the soldiers using these weapons that the governments know are going to know will come down with health problems?? And then who is going to ignore the facts and call it a Mysterious desease??? These governments of course!!! They just don't care!!
