How do people know a year before when the nexzt ramadan is going to start ?

[slm] Every year Ramadan starts about 10 to 11 days sooner, the Islamic calendar is based on the lunar cycle.  Also if you goto http://www.islamicfinder.org you can get the calendar for future years.
