[slm] Anyone know of a good diet that helps to lose weight without starving oneself?I've noticed that here in the states although I eat the same things I used to back in the Middle east i tend to put on weight. Why is that? Need suggestions quick (what if I don't fit into my eid dress? :o ) Wassalam alaikum :-) |

[slm] Eat a low-fat diet.. and dont eat more calories than you burn in a day. that way you dont put on extra weight. to get rid of some pounds, eat less calories than you need, that way your body will resort to your stored fat and burn that instead. never go under 1000 calories... try drinking water instead of juices and pops.. they are high in calories. Eat more fruits and veggies, they are low in calories and good for you. :) try going by the food pyramid, it really does work. balance is everything. your heart and body need exercise also, try taking daily walks or doing some aerobics.
