| [slm] everyone, Welcome back mohja :) It's interesting the site went down on the 27th and didn't come up until yesterday. Maybe Allah was trying to tell us to do more ibadah while we still could!!! I beleive Saudi is doing Eid tomorrow. In N. America we're still waiting but since there's 0% chance of seeing the moon we should be Friday inshaAllah. Alhamdulillah, TaqabalAllah minna wa minkum. May Allah accept our deeds and yours this Ramadan and I pray that in this coming year we can be khair for each other. E I D M U B A R A K !!!!! One of the masajid is celebrating tomorrow while the rest are unanimous over celebrating it on Friday. I just don't understand how come they were all unanimous all over United States on the beginning of Ramadan, but differ in the celebration of Eid. Anyways, Eid Mubarak guys!:) Wassalamu 'alaikum. |

| salaams Its Eid in the UK as well,er let me correct that some are fasting today and some are not. I heard some people announced Eid on Friday two weeks ago.... sigh when will the Ummah unite... Anyway enjoy yourselves and go easy on the cream cakes. Salaams Hanif |

| :-) [slm] Eid Saeed to everyone. Here in Sacramento, all but 2 masajid celebrated Eid today (Thursday). The 2 who didn't decided are the ones who have calculated 5 years in advance and said Eid would be Friday since the beginning of Ramadan. Someday, inshallah the ummah will unite on something so small as moon sightings :'(. I sent a card to you jannah@jannah.org....inshallah share it with everyone for me please. I thought it was appropriate to this posting. Salaam |
