| [slm] This is my first post though I have been lurking around for months ::). I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a muslims ,Alhamdolillah, residing in Canada. Even though I'm a born muslim and have spent most of my life in a muslim country, I feel it is after coming here, that I have started learning about what islam really preaches (jannah.org being one of the main resources). I was raised in a muslim country and all that, but coming to the west actually made me think more about Islam than when I thought that Islam was around me. Must be true that, when you have it, you take it for granted. May Allah save us from taking it for granted, EVER. With my little bit said, let me welcome you too.
