04 January 2002 : 210 Taliban and Arab Mujahideen Under US Custody
b> http://www.azzam.com Daily news, articles and interviews on the Jihad in Afghanistan
WASHINGTON (Online): 210 men allegedly linked to the Taliban and Al-Qaida are under American custody, out of which most are inside Afghanistan and some are on the US warship, USS Peleliu, in the Arabian Sea. The captives are being interrogated. Pentagon spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Johnson, while speaking to an international news agency, said that out of those Taliban and Al-Qaida men who were arrested during military operations, 189 are kept in a US base in the Southern city of Kandahar, 12 are kept in the capital, Kabul, one in Mazar-e-Sharif and 8 Non-Afghan prisoners are kept on the US warship in the Arabian Sea. Out of these Non Afghan prisoners, one is the American, John Walker, one is the Australian, David Hicks and one is a Saudi citizen. The US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfield later said that some of the prisoners may be shifted to a US Naval Base in the Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. The majority of these prisoners were not captured during fighting but were actually arrested inside Pakistan, by the apostate Pakistani authorities, who then promptly handed them over to the US authorities, spelling out clearly that their loyalties are to America and the disbelievers, and not to Islam and the Mujahideen. The day is coming when Allah will send His Punishment on Pakistan because of these actions by the Government, if the Pakistani people do not do anything to oppose this. Allah punishes a whole nation if its righteous people do not do anything to oppose its wrongdoers. Perhaps an attack by India on Pakistan may be one form of this punishment on a nation that sold out the Mujahideen to the Jews and Christians?

According to fresh information received from Taloqan, 110 remain imprisoned in in Chah Aab prison near Rustaq, 32 in Dasht Fort prison and 17 Pakistani Mujahideen are still imprisoned in the Khwaja Ghar prison. Are there no Muslims in the World who can ransom these heroes for such small amounts of paper (money)? What is the point of spending money on Dawah and propagation when thousands of those who are already Muslims are languishing in prisons of the disbelievers?

NEW AFGHAN PUPPET GOVERNMENT FORCES EMPLOYEES TO TRIM BEARDS AND WEAR WESTERN CLOTHING TO WORK

KABUL (Special Report): As proof of liberation from Islam and the Taliban, the new US Government of Afghanistan has issued an edict forcing all government employees to trim their beards and to wear Western clothing to work. They have been forced to trim their beards, even though the Prophet (SAWS) said: "Trim the moustache and allow the beard to grow." in many authentic ahadith narrations. They have been forced to wear Western clothing even though it is an impractical attire in that country and has nothing to do with its norms and cultures. Furthermore, women have been encouraged to unveil citing that it is not necessary for them to cover. Where are the hypocrites of the West at these double standards, when freedom of dress and appearance and now not guaranteed under the new government? Such edicts should not, however, come as a surprise to some Muslims in Western countries, who also encourage their people to trim/shave beards, wear Western attire and for the women to unveil. After all, the 'Islam' in Afghanistan now is the modern, secular, US-style Islam that so many apologetic, defeatist, Western Muslims were dying for, so they can now apologise to and please their non- Muslim friends that Islam is modern and liberal and gives full freedom to everyone (except practising Muslims).

They say we are anti freedom because we dont let women run arround naked.
This does not mean they let people wear what they want as they bring laws forbiding us from dressing Islamicly.
