asalamau alaikum,

Yes, I suffer... only when I let it get to me.

Fer real, PMS is serious stuff... lol

For the women around me, I really gotta be patient and be understanding.

it really affects the subject, and even the people around them if they don't understand what the changes are about and their is no compassion for the moodswings.

I thought, when I was in high school, PMS was something old ladies got and was a freak condition.  Boy did I not know. I find guys get like that too though, cranky and moodswingish and thing.  For different reasons ;). aslaamu alaikum. abdullah,.

For pms symptoms I use Prime Rose Oil.  I find this lessons cramping, mood swings, and bloating!!

You should take it for the entire month, but if you cannot afford the supplements all month then you should at least start 1 or 2 days before your pms time!!

Nah, I don't suffer when I have PMS.
MY HUSBAND DOES muahahahahaaaa!!!! :D
No seriously, I try very hard not to make him suffer, and al hamdu lillah he understands my cruelty and backs off when he knows it's "that time of month".  Poor thing :(
