AWW, Ok if you were asked by someone that what do you think of this person on this Jannah board what would you say about them from their posts. It could be anyone, or everyone. It could be that they are a real inspiration Islamicly to you, or from their posts it makes you laugh or cry, or you love thier recipies or quite simply you just like to read their posts and are are glad to be their friend. Right now, I'm thinking of bhaloo, mujahid, BrKhalid, flyboy_nz, Anik, Se7en, Sis Tiddlywinks(saleema), Kashif, Caraj, Serena, Mystic, jaihoon, Barr, Elenor, Arsalan, Jannah, meraj, BroHaniff with two F's princess man the list carries on. I'm gonna think about this and post later on... Salaams Hanif with one F.

Salaam Interesting post. Theirs a lot of poeple on here i like. I dont really dislike anyone, apart from dislikining certain veiws of certain people. Of which really annoys me, and makes my heart sink is when i hear fellow muslims support Musharraf in his stance he took, a stance of kuffar and betrayal to islaam and defenceless muslims. What i like a lot, and the mods may not be too keen on this, is muslims who are prepared to speak thier mind and really say how they feel, which has led to most of these kinds of threads being locked :) I love a heated debate where people say what they really think. But best of all i like still being Cyberly close to muslims we have had mega heated debates with! TAKBEER!! ALLAAHU AKHBAR!!!!

walaikum wassalam, I think everyone here is great mashallah. But if I were to pick my favioute sis/bro it would be: Brother Arshad: he's totally down to earth, always calm and composed, really mature, really intelligent.....the big brother I never had :) Sister Maliha/Mystic: she's completely one of the sweetest people, kind hearted, never gets angry, never says a mean thing about anyone, and I love her poetry :) I think everyone in this room has great qualities and is totally cool but these two guys never say a bad word against anyone mashallah and for me personally thats a quality I really admire in a person. I wish I could be more like them :) wa'salam Hania.

I think everyone in here I dealt with is so special and so unique. I wanted to mention a few, but you put out the rule of seperate posts BroHanif, and if I follow your guidelines then this would be the ...... " What does Caraj think of all if us "  post. ;-D So can I just do one please???????? I don't mean to try to bend the guidelines :) But you can't say no if I don't ask :)

Ok you can have more than one person in your posts. One person that I do admire is princess, due to the number of smilies in her posts its enough to cheer anyone up. And Sis Jannah for having the sabr, wisdom and having a strong heart to make this board grow. Of course all the other mods and admins are counted as well, but I think Sis Jannah has put a lot into this. May Allah accept her work and let her contribute more to the needy cause. salaams...i'm new on here..but from what i see...mashallah..this place rulez...hehe...its intersting to read..but at the same time islamic and funny...i think the person i admire most on here is Se7en..she has soo much knowledge mashallah and i'm guessing shes young..i think in one of the old intro things she said she was 17..but whatever:)keep up the good work mashallah.

asalamu alaikum, Here I go: Eleanor: one of those people who always says cute things... and very encouraging masha'Allah...always sticks up for me and, remembers me, heck I've even notice her call other people Anik and Abdullah lol BroHanif: I feel very close to this brother Allhumdulillah.  What a caring guy, always caring about everyone's business.  Allhumdulillah he is there for me and I wish he was in Canada. What about that slice of pizza one day Insha'Allah? ;) Haniff (2 f's): Now here's a big bro (Anna lol) who is always encouraging me to be good to my wife and always asking about her. Masha'Allah, he posts very unoften, puts up informative articles in the taqwa library, and is really friendly and wise.  He is the one who taught me "marriage is not the army, authority doesn't work the same way". lol Masha'Allah love this brother. p.s. To reveal a personal bit of information, but I am simply astounded by his faith and love, he is the ONLY one, only one single person to have posted a card to us for our marriage, all the way from across the world to me and Sadiya out of ALL of my friends and brothers... he thought of doing that, even from my closest friends here and family.  Jazak Allahu Khairun eternally. Saleema: lol we have debated in the past, but agreed as well. Very interesting to post to. Feisty when angered lol jokes. Bhaloo: down to earth but still very elevated in his posts. Arsalan: I really don't know this brother personally, but i would say he's like the Mentor dude of this board sometimes, along with Br. Khalid.  Both are wise-men types and Allhumdulillah very nice. Mystic: lol reminds me of my earlier teenagehood abstract poetry get-my-feelings-out phase.  Allhumdulillah cool sister who is encouraging. Mujahid: Very funny when angered, very hot-blooded, seems like he'd make a loyal friend, devoted to the cause, and I'm probably one guy who really ticks him off but I love to debate with him. Very emotionally driven.  I imagine his boyhood as playing with bearded muslim action figures fighting GI Joes lol. Is this the same bro that was a body builder? Either I am confused or this brother really went political on us ;) Allhumdulilah keep it up. I love this bro for his strength and even his staunchness. Cara J : Actually, this sister is inspiring... not in words, knowledge, nothing like that... but in her search.  She's mature but not hardened which is good to see. Jannah: verily, the den-mother. Aunty but one of those cool aunties lol ;) Se7en: hmmmm... sounds like one of those kids who were always ahead in class... like, she sounds very young, but as well very intellectually developed, objective and focused.  Allhumdulillah almost like the next Jannah lol. FLYBOY: cool bro Masha'Allah.  The only guy here who knows how I look and vice versa (actually not the only one).  Educated fellow, good mate. and who could forget (a quiet shy sister some of you may not really know- or maybe I'm wrong) Sister Haseeba (HY) :  The sister I worked with two (or 3?) years back and the one I told "I hate Islam" "I would never convert" "I'm hindu for life" "Hijab oppresses women" and here I was, swallowing my own BS and feeling like a complete FOOL a long while later when I got her ICQ contact after not speaking for a long time.  She couldn't believe it when she heard I became muslim, and just the fact that I was so ignorant before and I had to really deflate my pride, she didn't stuff my egotisical past in my face. but Allhumdulillah what a nice sister, like a little sis. asalamu alaikum. abdullah,.

Assalaamu-alaikum Bros and sisters OK since you all done it, i guess i must give my opinions also! Saleema: Well i think she is a hot headed mod, but makes a change from having all the mods being calm! Nice to have a mod who goes crazy once in a while ;) Hania: Baby Sis Hania, softly spoken, friendly, never says a bad word about anyone! But rather funny when she gets angry, like the other day accusing me of having explosive "ehems"! Hajree: Another baby sis, with slightly dodgy english! Very friendly, and funny, and oten a bit too cheeky, especially when she refers to me as Mujy! Soleha: Has a great sense of humour for her old age ;) only kidding! I thought she was a teenager until i realised she was married and ALSO has kids!! Cara: very decent, likable american woman! However a think she is also uncompromising! But thats cool! Just means i'm gona have to try even harder that i'm right ;) Barr: Barr black sheep, have you any wool ;) Only kidding! Well i think she is very well mannered, and clever, maybe too clever! I'll do the bro's separately!

Assalamu alaikum, I don't think I can say something about ALL the people I admire here because it would go on and on and on.  I love you all for the sake of Allah.  You've all influenced my life in a huge way and I also have the deepest respect for you all.  Subhan Allah one of the things I love most about you all is that you find a way to encourage people to do good without being pushy and argumentative and in-your-face etc.  And I know you all feel the same way I do about each other as I do, it shows in the way you all treat each other ma sha Allah. how many times did I say "all"?? :-)

Bismillah , Wa salatu wa salam ala'a Rasul Karim, Salam alaykum dear ones, The parable of the garden, Sometimes i like to go to this little masjid, just by the sea shore, and behind it there is a nice little garden, where I like to  seats there facing   the blue and greenish sea and the waves breaking slowly, lazily on the beach. It's a quiet place for meditation, contemplation, or just to be in touch with one self, for the ambiance to sit there makes one completely serene. While I was seating there, behind me through the open windows of the masjid one could hear the light buzzing like of people reciting the  Quran , and once awhile a little wisp of incense burning in some clay burners. While I was seating there watching the sun about to set, the sky turned pinkish orange with a little something purple. In the middle of the garden there is a big tree under which a tapestry of flowers of all colors, shades, forms and scents were blossoming, from the darkest of colors to the brightest of whitish, a real delight to seat there and let one get immersed in that atmosphere, in the middle of that garden , little rivulets of  water were running from a tap near a water tank. The little rivulets where in a star like shape across the flowers. I don’t know if it was the cool breeze of the sea, or the inspiring creamy shades of the  skies with far away on the horizon the sun setting or maybe the masterpiece of colors and shapes , the multitude of flowers. But for some reasons that place is a special place, like a garden to find some solace.  And it reminded me of the people at Medinna halfway across the globe, they tree in the middle under which all those flowers were growing was our Medinna, and all those little rivulets were those wholesome, inspiring, people of Madinna and everyone was like one of the flowers there, beautifying that garden of delight. Each one with its’ beauty, strength, gentleness or depth, some of them were more apparent then others, some were maturing, others were on their way. And I said subnh’Allah , I was thinking what to say about all those wonderfull brothers and beloved sisters , and here it was clear, simple , truly there are times when the soul sees things which the eyes don’t’. Jazak’Allah khayr for all of you for being part of that garden.

Bro Hanif a true brother who has my back just as I have his.  Half a world apart and yet I feel like you live just up the street from me. My post are not good because my english is not good only one is Allah swt know me and HE know what I mean. I say If I not had bad situations may I were like you and post good thinks... Salaams I forgot to clarify something..... I, Hajreee (yes, that's with three E's, not one single person here has written it with three, i find it fascinating how you all are inclined to writing two E's :O, lol)so what was i saying? ah yes, I, Hajreee, do NOT call mujaahid Mujy!!! that's like ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! i only leave those type of names for sisters! sorry mujaahid! ok I know this has been past due, my turn at this thread. But I needed to think about it... My brain has been on overload lately ;-D Jannah> I don't know her real well yet but from her, only one word comes to mind .......... Watching ... looking out over all we post. From what other have posted to or toward her I get the feeling she is a respectful, hardworking person who is watching all of us  :) Se7en> Sweet, caring, patient, wise and fair. Doesn't over react yet if you cross the line she has no problems getting you back to the right side of things. Saleema> Sweet, caring yet can get passionate about a subject, kind of like a Mujaahid twin sister :O  but with faness (spelling) Softer edges. Make sence? Kathy> Motherly, caring with a great sense of humor. Mature opinions. I can really relate to this lady in many ways. Mystic, M.F., princess and Barr> I don't really know you all that well, but so far I think you 4 are neat. Funny and cute. QAK> If I say anything,  will he think I am likening him to something ???      ;-D  This man comes across as firm in his beliefs, he does have a sense of humor but I get the feeling he is a serious person. I will liken QAK to .......... QAK  ;-D BroHanif> Level headed, caring, great sence of humor. A really cool Bro. The type of man I would of wanted for a real older brother in my family. Bhaloo> One word sums this Bro up......... BALANCED............ Balanced in beliefs, humor, opinions.  Just ......... Balanced Last but not least (hehe) Majaahid> AKA Mr. Ludoos>  Funny, yet a little hothead :) at times. Passionate in his beliefs yet humble enough to apologize if he offends. Tends to test limits. :O  I think his middle name is "debate" :O which makes him fun as I love good debate. But this bro can debate with the best of them and yet no matter how hotheaded he gets, after the debate is over, he is still your friend. That charactorist truly impresses me. I think of him as my little hothead brother who I shouldn't say has a heart cause it will ruin his reputation :)    I would be willing to bet as soon as he was born he was debating with the doctors, I can just picture that (laughing) If I forgot anyone please forgive me I'll go back through this at another time as I need to get but wish to include Ayla_A and Elenor and a few others. I didn't forget you :) I just need to get going.
