salaam alaium, I found out recently 3 of the 4 schools of thought agree that women should cover their feet during prayer. And even the one school [hanafi] that says you don't have to completely cover you still have to cover the tops of your feet or something [not sure if that's right]. So, I was just wondering how do you sisters cover your feet during prayer? I really can't stand wearing socks at home. Someone suggested to wear a long skirt but would that be sufficient? |

Salaam 'Alaikum Usually the skirt that comes in the salat outfit is so long that you can make it cover your feet. Or maybe I'll already be wearing an outfit where the skirt is long enough already. If not, I just put on socks to pray and then take them off again, or put a blanket over my feet. |
