| Salaam, Just wonderin' but do any of you have pet peeves? Y'know those annoying things ppl can do to tick you off? Can be little can be big. Me, I HATE IT when ppl come out of the bathroom, and DO NOT put in a new roll of toilet paper b/c they finished the one already there. And ditto for ppl tapping my shoulder. Bugs me Now I want some replies. The last time I tried something like this, no one said anything :( :(, and I got a link to a previous thread (thanx Se7en :) ) ***** Aisha |

| Assalaamu alaikum, People who knock, and knock, and knock, and knock, and knock ad infinitum on the door!! Even when it is not my door but a neighbors, it just irritates me. Man, if the person is in, or wants to answer the door, he/she will do so after the first knock (give them some time also). And it is sunnah to leave with no hard feelings if no one answers after 3 knocks. Wasalaam. |

| Salaams, lol, this is funny :) Yay!!!! ppl answered :) :) Well, we used to live in an apartment in Toronto (for you Torontonians, it's HORRIBLE! :) ) well, where we lived anyways. But that's another story :). But after a long hard week, a weekend is something good to look forward to. You expect the other tenents to shut up and be peaceful right? Nope...instead the guy who lived on the story above us cranked up this Calypso/Carribian music so loud !! :o It was terrible...and all it was was this repeating rhytham and bass stuff...oh no it's in my head again... (oh, and ppl who call you for surveys. Telemarketers or something?) ***** Aisha |

| [slm] the one thing that drive me completely nuts inside is when the guys in my house shave and their little hairs are all over the sink and they don't clean it up! I'm not a perfectionist, but this is one thing that makes me cringe for days!! It makes me feel like sitting in an air tight bubble where no one can touch me! but..*deep breath* I don't. I deal with it like a normal person. I just don't use the bathroom..j/k ( I have my own bathroom for that exact reason ;) ) [wlm] |

| Oh there are SO many! Where to start?? -People who ask: "So, any kids yet? No? Don't wait too long, you should have your kids while you're still young enough to have the energy for them" -People who show up at your house and you have no idea how long they're going to stay (days, weeks?) -The people who drive by our apartment honking their horns at 5 or 6 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays to celebrate a wedding. I could go on and on. Lessons in patience they all are! |

| Salaams Oh man! i could go on and on about things that bug me, but i won't...i'll spare you all! i'll get annoyed just even talking about it ;-D but just one thingy that really gets to me is when i'm sleeping and the phone is ringing and ringing and ringing, and of course, it's impossible to have them all plugged in at the same time, so it's like a never ending ring because it will ring in one place and then another and another, and it BUGS me soo much when the person calling makes it ring like over 20 times!!!!!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! and then when i do decide to get up and answer the phone, the person hangs up! the nerve of some people! ;-D oh man....that's testing my patience there! *red mad face* ( i don't know how to do it) :) and M.F. don't worry about it sis, i know alot of people who get bugged by those type of comments, but i guess the people asking never see it through you guys's feet =) all rightey, i gots to jet Wasalaams |

| slm If they are out, then it shouldn't make a difference? ??? I think what you are getting at is that there is a mess (a bunch of water that flows out from the shower, cause the curtain is open) on the floor. |

| Assalamu'alaikum. theres loadza things that do me head in..but to name a few.. -when i come back from school, hungry, tired, brain numbed from all that maths (:P)..i walk into the kitchen..and theres NOTHING to eat! Noisy, rude tourists -- especially the Germans and French (I have to put up with those parasites everyday) 4. People driving their car with full-blast music on -- I mean, is their hearing that bad that they have to put it on so loud?! 5. | Salaams explorer, your thingy about people spitting reminded me of something that happened to me today! poor old me was walking out of my econ class and then i wanted to pass this guy in front of me, cause he was walking so slow and then, ewwwwwwwwww, he was spitting to his side and i was passing him and then i was JUST about to get to him when he spit and luckily alhamdulillah it didn't touch me, but ewww man! and he was smoking too, so his spit was this nasty color and they were big drops! it was soo disgusting, i was sooooooo disgusted and i don't know what i would have done if his spit came on meeeeeeee! agh, that's just horrible...sorry, i'm a germ freak, or atleast my friends say so! ;-D but i was soo happy it didn't touch me, hehe! okee, sorry for going off topic...ta ta Wasalaams |
