| Assalamu alaikum. Just a note to let you know that the three-part series "Islam: Empire of Faith" will be rerun on Thursday nights on the 7th, 14th, and 21st of February from 10-11 pm. It will be on WMHT (Channel 11 on Time Warner Cable). I'm not sure how good this program is, but I missed it the first time and will be taping it. It covers Muslim history from the time of Rasulullah (SAWS) through the Ottoman empire. Wassalam, Shahid Oldest Muslim bowler in the Capital District |

| salam, yess!!! tape it.. it's very good overall... we had some great discussions about it when it first came out.. check out the Kebab or the Ark to find them... |

| slm I have the DVD version (but haven't watched it in its entirety), supposedly it has some extra scenes. |

| assalam alikum It sure was a nice program and the best part is I stumbled across it by accident.Thanks for letting me know the dates for the concluding parts for I thought it was just a flash in the pan and one needed to buy the series to see it fully. I would appreciate if any one would give me a dvd/vhs copy of it(dont have a vcr to record it) and Insha allah i will be more than happy to pay for the costs wassalam by the wya br Bhaloo inspite of the few "extras" its sure a nice watch |
