| Assalamu Alaikum, How do you define fitrah exactly and what does it mean to say that Islam is the natural religion ie. it fits with one's nature. But it is part of one's nature that one likes to have relations with women, for example, but Islam has forbidden this and restricted it to only intra-marital affairs. Please comment. | walaykum assalaam wa rahmathullah fitra and nafs are the two parts of ones body. Your nafs wants you to have relations with women, and your fitra is what feels bad and is supressed. Islam brings your Fitra power and this is what natural means. Worldly things are attractive to your nafs, and shaytan attacks us through our nafs because thats our weakness. ALLAH knows best abd |
