| [slm] I tried to search for something and selected "ALL" folders to be searched. With 40,000+ messages of course it took long, so long that it timed out, again and again, always. I tried searching a specific folder and it works fine. Can you MODS search for stuff through "ALL" folders without timing out?. man, I'd love to know the specs on the server, with so many messages I bet the HD is filling up fast, well it's only text so it shouldn't take up that much space, ok I'm rambling ...lol [IMG]http://www.theunholytrinity.org/cracks_smileys/contrib/edoom/eat_arrow.gif[/IMG] [wlm] |

| slm, sr. jannah, i dont mean to be pushy, but i think now with all the probs this board is having, its time for a major overhaul... go for the newest yabb or yabb SE... http://www.yabbforum.com/ http://yabb.xnull.com/ yabb SE uses php and msql.. if you go ahead and jus go for it, i think it might be well worth it :) it'll fix all these problems we're having :) |

| slm, Meraj... you might just get your wish bro :) eid mubarak eh... i'll be looking into it in the next few weeks... first priority is moving the entire site to a new server and doing some maintenance.. then after that we'll try installing the new version... |

| yeah yeah i know all your eids came true.. :D i know... but we'll see................ but just remember that no script is error free and at least we know what goes wrong with this one... we'll be having an adventure finding all the bugs in the next one *ha ha hack cackle* :) |
