| slm I needed a quick dessert recipe for my hubby and his guest last night so I made these and Alhumdulilah they tasted great! They went perfect with Shay! ~~~~~ Applesauce-Oatmeal Cookies 1/3 cup Butter (softened) 2/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1 Egg 1/2 c applesauce 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour 1 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats Preheat Oven,*375. Butter Cookie sheet. Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda togther. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl. Add egg and applesauce till combined. Beat in flour. Drop dough 2 inches apart. Bake until done. ~~~ enjoy! Jenna :-) |
