| salaams, Hey to all my people in the UK, my group, www.nativedeen.com is comming over there to do a tour. Inshallah I can meet some peeps from the board over there inshallah. Maybe you guy can tell me what's hot over there, and what I should try to visit. I already have on site I wanna visit, is the Ar'Rum Cafe. Hope to see you guys at the shows. Have they been publicizing it? |

| [slm] U beat me to it! I was going to put up the poster when i had it in a JPEG file. Publicity is out and tickets are being sold, inshaAllah. I am really looking forward to it!! Was sad to hear no Dawad Warnsby..but there is still your group and Zain Bikha, Alhamdullilah. Tell you the truth, I hadn't heard of Native Deen, but I am confused about something...I was told MYNA Raps were coming and on the leaflets it says Native Deen aka MYNA Raps...so why the different names...Are you MYNA Raps or are they another nasheed group (Am totally ???) I wasn't really into MYNA Raps until ppl requested them time and time again on Radio Ramadhan and they were played most of the time 8) And even though I'm in the UK, I hadn't heard of Ar'Rum Cafe until u mentioned it. Then I saw something about it on a programme which was talking about Islamic Arts or something..definitly looks 8) Anyway, I hope u have a nice time touring the UK, inshaAllah, although the weather is not at its best (not that it ever is) [wlm] PS Its good to be re-registered ;D [img]http://www.ymuk.net/images/ymnasheed.jpg[/img] |

| salaams, Let me explain MYNA RAPS vs. Native Deen. MYNA RAPS is a project put together by the organization, M.Y.N.A or Muslim Youth of North America. The project was a gathering of amatuer artists who've written their own work and MYNA featured these artist on the MYNA RAPs' album. 3 of the brothers from these albums, Joshua Salaam, Abdul Mailk Ahmad, and Naeem Muhammad, who were all solo, wanted to start a group where they could do this professionally. And this is how Native Deen came about. The songs Native Deen sing are from the MYNA Raps Albums. Our group is only 2 years old so many people still refer to us as MYNA Raps. But Native Deen is making a name for it's self, and allowing new talent to take over the MYNA Raps project. And members of our group pretty much wrote every song produced by MYNA except maybe 3 songs. The last MYNA RAPS Album: For the Cause of ALLAH, is ALL Native Deen. Inshallah you'll enjoy. I know we will inshallah. Look forward to see you guys in December. |

I took a journal and it's been published on the website. Which show did you make it to saffiyah? salaams and keep the faith |
