Just thinking out loud for the future.... feel free to add

- Website that lists companies and their products and their history of support of Israel/hate against Muslims with detailed evidence.

- Website database of Commonly asked missionary questions and their answers. Or document of top ten.

- Good website of Arabic grammar rules

- Nice website of classical Islamic poetry ie Iqbal, Rumi etc

Wasn't that forwarded e-mail false?  I mean I have been really wanting to clear this up, because initially everyone thinks that what they show in the pictures is Masjid al Aqsa...then we get an e-mail saying it's not, and that it's a falsification and some big zionist plan to mislead muslims ( ??? ??? )...and then I get an e-mail saying that it was a zionist plan to make up a fake zionist plan, and that what we see in the pictures is really Masjid al Aqsa.

As for Jannah's question:

How about a listing of halaal food restaurants all over the world....individual cities can add their own lists.  It would help for the people who travel regularly.  Perhaps it's Utopian, but golly gee!  It would have been nice to have found Halaal food in Norman, Oklahoma.  (Don't ask why I would ever visit that place....it has a history.)

Wasalaam.

       Asalamalay.com
Peace and e-Greetings be upon you.

A list of websites that have taken the MamaList from jannah.org,
stripped away the credits/comments from the view source html,
then reposted the MamaList as their list of Islamic Links.

        Why?

Because these sites that ahem, borrowed, the MamaList,
probably are too shy to ask Jannah.org to list their urls in the
        MamaList.

        Know what I mean,

        Halal JellyBean?

p.s.  my list of links sucks because I decided NOT to ahem, borrow,
the MamaList for my IslamBank.community website...

Linking is no problem, nor is advertising a website (Thanx for the free advertising Kathy ;))

What HIMY is talking about is when people take what took you a long time and years to develop and just copy it, word for word, link for link and claim it as their own.  Now this would be fine if that was the goal of the site. But I know how many times I've taken out messed up sites and how many times the mamalist has been updated over the past few years, when people copy it I have no control over it after that and it's just redundant. What's the point, just spend some time developing something useful for Muslim on the internet instead!

Is there a banner exchange programme for jannah.org ? I wanna put a banner that directs to jannah.org but can't find an official banner within this site. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough but it would help if someone here could help.  ;)
