Do you ever get those moments in life when it is just so undeniable that Allah swt exists and is protecting us?

Last night Ali and I were on the way to Karate. We are still in the "Eid Celebration mode" and at the top of our voices we were singing the DW Ali's song "Takbir- These are the Days of Eid."

We were rewinding and singing it over and over. In the middle of the song, as I was getting off the highway and making a lane change, I remembered that I had for got to make the dua of protection as one leaves the house and the one I make before I begin to drive.

I quickly made the duas and out of no where a car passed me in the lane I was just about to slide into! i never saw him!

Subhanna Allah! The next Takbirs I sang had a whole new connotation!

Has this undeniable type of thing ever happened to you?

yup!! :)

One night I was lying very tired in bed and realised I had forgot to set the alarm. I thought to myself if Allah wills, I will wake up on time for Fajr. My last thoughts before sleeping were.." I have to get up at 6 am at the latest if I am to make Wudhu and pray...ZZZZzzzz...(gentle snore)"

At this point I would like to add that I *never* wake up without an alarm, no matter how many times I repeat "6am 6am 6am.." before sleeping.

The next morning I opened my eyes, wide awake and fresh. I looked at the clock - 6.00 am!!!!

There are moments where u know ur prayers 4 guidance are answered
It happed to me a few days ago.......it was d worst day i ever experienced in a loooooog while ....(everything that could go wrong WENT  wrong)!!!  :o

I came online and decided to visit this site and the 1st words my eyes caught was the foll  quote posted by a sis " And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish His purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion. " 65:3

I started crying because of sheer joy of this reminder and guidance! Allhamdullilah

This just happened and I'm STILL shook! Work was pretty rough today so I was happy to get out. As I was pulling out of my parking spot another car and I bumped into each other. We got out and remarked how neither one of us saw the other so it was no one's fault and Subhan'Allah, no one was hurt and the cars were fine. That should've made me wake up from my foggy bad mood and make my travelling dua, which I normally do. Nope. So as I was driving on the highway right in front of me a big SUV must've had road rage bc he started purposely trying to run the car in the other lane down, like push her out of the lane she was in, she almost crashed. He (SUV) cut across 2 lanes to get the next exit so he didn't get in trouble I suppose and she decided to follow him and tried to cut off a Mack truck, which she didn't have time to do. It hit her and car parts went flying and Alhamdullilah it didn't turn out to be as serious as it looked but as I was slamming on my brakes (bc the truck was right in front of me) I remembered I never said my dua and starting chanting it LOUDLY. Alhamdullilah, no flying tires or ANYTHING hit my car even though the cars behind me were not so lucky.  It was only by the grace of Allah no one was killed (and a flying tire didn't come through my windshield). Sheesh....I'm speechless.

Sisters

Every night before I sleep I always take stock of what I have done during the day.  And I always wonder whether Allah will allow my soul to enter my body again for me to live another day and at that point in time, I never fail to feel His Presence because I almost always become sad.  U see, I know without a single doubt that I dont deserve His Paradise but...I truly feel I cannot simply face His Hell.  I dont dare. Then I cry and seek His Forgiveness.  Every morning after when I wake, I know undeniably that Allah is Protecting me.

Wassalam.

mashaaAllah sis Umm Wafi a friend told me this is what Imam ashShafi`ee said in a du`a -

My Lord, I am not deserving of Your Paradise. But I am (most certainly) not able to face the punishment and torture of Your Hellfire. And so grant me your forgiveness. Forgive me. For verily, you are the Forgiver of major sins.

Ilahi lastu lil firdausi ahlan, wa la aq wa `alaa naa ril jaheeemi fahabu liya tau ba tan waghfir dhunoobee, fa innaka ghaa firudhdhanbil `atheem

btw, there is a beautiful nasheed of this du`a too

True story that happened last week:

A man was driving recklessly on the highway. Something happened and his truck hit the guard rail and flipped over and over down the steep embankment.

Witnesses say he was lucky to make it out alive. The truck was smashed all over.

As he climbed out and up to the highway it makes you wonder if he was thanking Allah swt or cursing.

As he began to cross the highway to get help a Semi Truck driver never saw him and killed him instantly.

In a Blink of an Eye.

subhanAllah...you know, whenever I look outside and feel the breeze of the wind, I know that it is undeniable that Allahu SubhanaHu Wa Ta'ala exists.  Even when I look at myself, I'm breathing, typing these words on the computer this second, and I know that there is a Creator who has given me these abilities.  SubhanAllah.....
