| [slm] Im in a crazy mood (more than usual) and the reason im posting here is because I want the advice of men also. Im acting overly female.. lol .. well I mean some people are telling me Im being to emotional.. and I have anxiety and so much stuff is going on.. and i feel like crying and dying and i hurt... Astagirullah... any advice 4 me? I feel so much stressed inside and feel like im stuck in jail even though im not. Astagfirullah...but if neone can help I appreciate it. Your crazy sister in need |

| I know what you mean sis! I go through it myself. For me though I think it could be S.A.D. ( Seasonal Affective Disorder ). Might be what you have OR it could be...you know what...(starts with a 'p' and ends with an 's' -- you really should have posted in the akhwat section) In any case, don't worry about it. It'll go away. I think it's like going uphill, the life stress is easy at first and then it gradually becomes harder until the point where you feel it's overwhelming. After that though, you do some major :'( or have a bout of >:( and then at last --relief!....Helps if you have a baseball bat and huge pillow! ;D Emerald |

| [slm] Hey sis ..u sound like me at my final yr at Univ :( ( was on the verge of insanity ) .!!! What usually helps me in the mood you described is recitation of sura ya- seen (36) (try it sis ). Recitation of al-quran has an overwhelming effect inshallah TAke care Sis Sabr [wlm] |

| a great topic for the guys, IMHO i have no idea, whenever my wife gets like this I hold on and pray and hope it blows over soon. Hope everything goes well and if you find anything that works please please let me know!!! |

| [slm] yes i understand it probly doesnt make sense to most of you why in the guys section i have it..there is a reason for this.. but I do not wish to tell... Thanks Sis Jannah...thats exactly what I have to do actually but the problem is I cant get outta of my house! Thankyou Emerald and Sabr..well i used to use the ball and bat and all but this time i feel so hurt that i cant do that.....and Sabr yes you are right I need to do that. thankyou. |

| Itcorpest2 If I had a husband and this was happening to me then it would be 100timz easier and all I would want from his , is his love...so please keep holding on for your wife, cause that is the best thing and give her all the love you can and she will be yours... One main thing that is helping me much is my trust in Allah.... |

| [slm] In Islam one is suppose to be patient through major trials/tribulations. This is what I'm doing and I trust Allah so Im a little better. Right now I need desperate prayers from all of you.. that I make the right decisions and everything goes okay in my life... your sis in need... |
