OK I got this letter from a non-Muslim friend that explains how it is not a chain letter but friends helping each other. There is an attachment of 4 ladies names, my friend's is the last on the list. If you send 5 dollars to the first one, you cut her name off and add yours to the end of the list and then pass it on to ten other ladies that you know very well. and they do the same by sending to the "new first" and then cutting her off and adding their name and so on and so forth. In your opinion this gambling or investment? would you send it having faith in humanity or do you think it will only make some mailman richer? :-[ |

assalaamu alaikum Isn't this one of those pyramid schemes? There have been loads of those in the UK and Muslims were getting caught up in them too, until Sh. Suhaib explained that they're not allowed. I wonder if i still have his fatwa... Kashif Wa Salaam |

it says it is legal. I don't know what a pyramid scheme is though. Please if you have what Sh. Suhaib said post it. |
