Post your teams in the Amazing Audience thread. (You're already here ...Good Job! ) [*]Each week for 7 weeks directions will be sent to find an answer to a question that can only be sought by traveling to a location in the Muslim world. Since audience members were too lazy to join the race in the first place, each week for 7 weeks, just read the answers after they're posted. [*]Teams of one, two or a few must ignore the question but then read the answer after the alotted time period. Sending answers to the [i]Phil[/i] account BEFORE it's posted publicly will not get you any points. [*]Each audience member has SEVEN "Rapid Rewinds" which mean they have Rapid Rewinded to the origination point, the question, and then use one of their SEVEN "Fast Forwards" to read the answer but do not need to question the answer. (They will still receive that answer's point.) Confused? Don't be. It's not like you're in race or something. [*]A task or tasks may be given during the course of the race. Ignore 'em. These "Roadblocks" must be driven around by the teams in order to continue. Watch for speedbumps and empty bebzi cans in middle of the road. [*]The audience team member that finds the answer to the question FIRST i.e. in theory having cheated and reached the destination first and in practice copies and pastes the correct answer from the Amazing Race Answers Thread and sends it to PHIL (me ;-)) earns one bonus point. MashAllah. [*] The audience team member that copies and pastes the most, well, okay ALL, of the 7 treasure hunt questions correctly will win no copies of the 2003 Longing for the Divine Peter Sanders Calendar. | RULEZ FOR TEAMS * Team must be a pair of sisters, a pair of brothers, a married couple or a mahram familial relationship (blood brother/sister etc.) to sit together in the audience. * Otherwise Audience team members MUST sit in separated areas of the audience and hang out where sisters can watch the race with fellow sisters, and where brothers can fight over the remote control with fellow brothers, in respective audience areas. |

| RULEZ FOR AUDIENCE * Make sure you read the answers very carefully. Do some research to figure out what it all means. ** Watch what is asked of others -- this may be a location, a place, a trivia question, a chapter surah name!! *** Make sure you clearly root for the team that you think has the right answer. Be partison. Pick Favourites. It's okay to take sides, remember you're part of the audience! **** The first answer cut and pasted from the correct answers thread by any of the audience members will be accepted as the final answer. ***** The first audience member to submit a correct answer receives a bonus point. The times for copying posted answers will rotate so everyone across the globe who slept in for fajr that day gets a fair chance to procrastinate. Remember, you were too slow in entering the race, so why should this be any different? |

| Alright, looks like someone (bhaloo) stole Abu_Hamza's partner! We haven't even begun the competition and there's already people cheating in The Amazing Race! tsk tsk tsk. Alright, we're watching for the two people who are gonna wreak havoc in this race. Two people from the state you better not mess with ... Texas. |

[/i] This had me laughing for a long time, I had a hard time keeping concentration during salah after reading this post(s). I will be sitting in the sisters section, but haven't decided who to cheer for. |
