Women exposing feet while praying

My wife had noticed that during the prayer at Mecca and in Medina many majority of women are praying while their feet is exposed??? She would like to clarify this??  ;-) :-)

Bro you seem to be posting alot of fatwa questions. This is NOT a fatwa board. There are no scholars here. Please seek out other sources. Especially since you live in Saudi, I'm sure you can find some shuyukh to help you out there.
