| Hello my friends It's been a while since I posted and I wanted to say a quick hello and to let you know I am thinking of all of you. I miss my time on the boards and hope to return again soon to read and post. Things are ok on my end. For those who knew earlier this yr I needed surgery, I have put it off and the cyst is now a whole centimeter bigger so maybe I need to stop putting this off. I'm in no pain so I keep putting it off. I know some of you months ago told me to not play around with it and must think me crazy for not having it out by now. Hubby is gone again, this saddens me for many reasons. But there is nothing we can do about it and I look forward to his retirement in 10 or 11 months. Many of you know I have tried to show him that others in the world have views and opinions and the US is not the only place in the world. Those gentle eye opening talks with him are working and he now is trying to become more aware and knowledgable about other countries and beliefs and views. He wishes to become more politically aware. He wants to learn. It was his new yrs resolution to read and listen and learn more. I praise God/Allah for opening his heart and mind. Everyone take care and know you are all in my thoughts. Cara |
